Print Shipping
Prints are shipped flat up to and including A2 size inside Australia. For international orders prints are shipped in a tube.
Prints are given the best chance of arriving in tip top condition and are sandwiched between 2 layers of foam core board and bubble wrap before posting for prints shipped flat.
Heavy duty mailing tubes are used for international orders, and prints are rolled inside acid free archival polypropylene plastic to protect the print surface.
Print Handling
When your print arrives and you're ready to have it framed, the best way to handle your print is by only touching the non printed areas, and if possible wear cotton gloves for all handling. The surface of your print is delicate and can pick up fingerprints in dark areas and / or be scratched.
Prints are posted inside archival polypropylene, so if in doubt, leave them inside their bag until at they are framed.
Prints that are damaged due to poor handling will not be refunded / exchanged or reprinted.
